It's a tight fit
I recently moved to a tighter fitting condom, not cos I'm small just to have a tighter fit around my member. The difference is phenomenal and the extra sensation is worth giving it a go. We now only buy tighter or close fit condoms. It's great after you cum as you have little chance of it slipping off too.
