Svakom Nova

The Svakom Nova is a set of three fully silicone training devices designed to strengthen pelvic floor muscles over time. Each device features a comfortably tapered tip and a retrieval cord with a finger loop for easy use.

Inside each ball, there is a jiggling weighted ball that responds to bodily movement, such as walking, providing a gentle workout for the pelvic floor muscles. This encourages the muscles to tighten and relax, promoting overall strength and control.

The Svakom Nova can also be used to perform specific Kegel exercises, allowing for targeted muscle training. With three different sizes and weights, this set offers gradual progression over time, ensuring that users can customize their training to their individual needs and goals.

Constructed from high-quality silicone and metals, the Svakom Nova is not only durable but also waterproof (IPX7), making it suitable for use in the bath or shower.
