Silicone based lubricants are excellent for use in situations where you want a slick feel that will stay in place. Since they won't absorb or evaporate, it'll last until you decide to wash it away with soap and water. It's important to abstain from using silicone based lubricants with silicone toys because the gel can actually damage the surface by dissolving it, leaving it tacky and prone to bacteria.
