Love this product, is give a nice tug and is super soft so its not painful. Would recommend to use mainly when the scrotum is warm and allows for more free skin, also beware those with smaller sacks as the 2 inch might stretch the skin a little too much.

I am into mild ball stretching but I'm not trying to stretch them down to my knees, I just like the feel of a gently stretched scrotum. The Silaskin 2.0 inch gives just about right degree of stretching I want and is so easy to to get on and off due to it's extreme stretchiness. \
The extra weight added by the Silaskin 2.0 inch gives a really good sensation especially during sexual activities, solo or with a partner, as a kind of pendulum action gets going and the balls bang around, nicely, with the movements. \

It is quite comfortable to wear for an reasonable period, though I would advise checking the balls regularly to ensure everything is OK and circulation is maintained.\

Like most ball stretchers it is best used in the warmer weather, however, though the Silaskin material is very soft, it has a good grip and keeps the balls well stretched. I am convinced my balls try and hide from the stretcher when the temperature drops but they eventually end up where they should be.\
