Bit pricey..but if you are committed to strengthening your pelvic floor muscles, then this is the set for you. Results were noticed after 2 weeks of use! Each week I have managed to hold the balls in longer. (Started with 1 pink, then 2 pink in the harness, then 1 blue and 1 pink, and now on 2 blue balls.
Just a LITTLE bit of lube on the end for easy insertion and then just go about your day eg vacuuming etc.
The thin exterior string/retrieval cord is comfortable and "barely there". Should be claimable on medicare! One of the best sets available out there !-Review by Bec -
Small and comfortable
These beads are great for those that prefer their insertables on the smaller size, many other beads are quite wide which can be intimidating for some. These are nice quality and produce nice, subtle sensations when worn. I also like the fact they come with two sets of weights so that you can customise your experience.
