The Bathmate Anal Training Plugs Vibe set includes three graduated plugs with diameters of 1, 1.25 and 1.5 inches, plus a vibrating bullet with 10 patterns.
Start with the smallest comfortable size, use plenty of suitable lubricant and progress gradually. Each plug has a finger-ring base, and the vibrating bullet fits into the ring for optional stimulation. Stop if you feel pain, bleeding or persistent discomfort, and do not wear the plugs for extended periods.
