Je Joue Ami offers a three step method of performing your Kegel exercises, you can tone the vaginal wall in exercises meant for beginners up to advanced users.
The first phase of the exercise system offers a soft ball with which to exercise weak muscles. After using this for a period of time, the next toner comes in the form of a slightly firmer double ball. Once this phase is mastered, advanced exercises can be performed with the smaller, harder double ball.
