Discreet Billing, Always
For complete customer privacy, when purchasing using a credit card, the biller name of the company on your statement will appear as “Aceris Pty Ltd”. Aceris is our discreet, parent web development company and the name we use to ensure that you are billed discreetly. If you elect to pay via PayPal, 'Aceris Products' appears as a breakdown of your purchased items for complete discreetness on your PayPal statements as well. If you elect to pay via Buy Now, Pay Later services that we offer such as Afterpay or Zip, you will also see the name Aceris as the company name.
Discreet Shipping, Always
As with our billing, we also offer discreet shipping at all times. Your order will be sent in discreet, non marked plain satchels or plain brown boxes (depending on the size of the order). The return name of the company on the parcel appears as “Aceris Pty Ltd” with our PO BOX address. There is no way to tell what's inside the parcel from the outside. We are always sure to be discreet in every way, and our nearly 20 years of operation have gone without a hitch!

If for whatever reason any goods ordered are not available, you will be contacted by a Randy Fox representative within 2 business days of purchase for a complete refund of the item(s) unavailable or alternative arrangements such as an exchange. Goods and products sold by Randy Fox are done so as an adult novelty only. Whilst hundreds of thousands of our customers attest to the awesomeness of the products we sell, we don’t make any explicit medical claims regarding them. In addition, while we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, the occasional error may occur. If we discover an error in the information or price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and provide a refund for the respective product(s) back to you.
